MONDAY 15TH FEB - Jonny Labey's Lyrical workshop
A chance to explore lyrical with one of the UK's dancing stars
Age 8+ - 10:30 - 11:30am
Jonny Labey only graduated from Bird in 2014 but has already enjoyed significant success. Perhaps best-known for playing Paul Coker in EastEnders. Jonny then went on to be the first winner of ITVs smash hit TV show Dance Dance Dance and later became a judge on the much loved kid's TV show Taking the next step on CBBC. After enjoying success playing the lead in Baz Luhrmann’s critically acclaimed musical Strictly Ballroom, Jonny most recently appeared on X Factor: Celebrity.
Jonny promises to deliver a fun online Zoom workshop combining for all with a passion for lyrical to enjoy.
WEDNESDAY 17TH FEB - Dominic Shaw Hairspray themed workshop
A chance to be taught by the current West End Associate Chroeographer & Director of Hairspray

Hairspray is an inspirational, fun-loving and fabulously uplifting smash hit musical ...Dominic is currently the UK Associate Choreographer & Director of the forthcoming West End revival at the London Coliseum.
As Associate &/or Resident Director, Dominic’s credits include: Pretty Woman The Musical, Kinky Boots, Beautiful The Carole King Musical & Legally Blonde ...all in London’s West End.
Performing credits include Wicked (Original London Cast), Hairspray (Original London Cast) & Saturday Night Fever (Germany).
There will be a small appearance from Verity Rushworth who played Penny in the show and just happens to be married to Dominic plus she was Donna Dingle in Emmerdale too, as well as many leading ladies in the west end.
FRIDAY 19TH FEB - Helen Turner Cats themed workshop
A real life Demeter and Grizabella, join her on a trip to the Jellicle Ball

Helen is from Tadcaster in North Yorkshire and trained at SLP College in Leeds.
Her credits include: Roxie Hart in Chicago for Royal Caribbean Cruise-lines, onboard the Allure of the Seas; Alice Lamberti in Maury Yeston’s Death Takes a Holiday at the Charing Cross Theatre, London; Ensemble in Kiss Me Kate at Kilworth House Theatre.
Helen first played Demeter in Cats in 2016 touring Europe and the UK, she reprised this role in 2019 for Royal Caribbean Cruise-lines onboard the Oasis of the Seas, additionally understudying and going on for the role of Grizabella.
